Terms of Service

Thanks for choosing Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. as your partner. We are excited to begin working with you and committed to your success. We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied during every step of the process, a process which has generated great results for many of our clients.

To ensure agreement between both parties, please read our Terms and Conditions. Purchasing Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. services serve as an acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted our pricing, process, and terms and conditions.

PROJECT TIMELINE

Generally, within two business days of payment, clients receive a customized questionnaire. Once we receive the completed questionnaire, the client's project is placed in the writing queue.

Depending on the writing schedule, the standard turn-around time upon receipt of the completed questionnaire is generally 2 to 10 business days. This time-frame is based on the timely response to any follow-up questions, calls, or requests for additional information.

Clients' projects will be created based on information provided within the questionnaire. If a client submits large volumes of supplemental documents for review to create the resume, those will be billed at $125 per hour.

PROJECT DELAYS

Questionnaires not returned within three months are subject to a restart fee. All documents and services will be considered complete within six months of payment. Current pricing will apply to any project that was put "on hold" by the client. Initial costs will be credited toward new services.

PROOFREADING

Clients receive detailed proofreading instructions with document delivery. They are asked to review their document or documents for accuracy and completeness carefully. Unless other arrangements are made, clients must submit revisions by phone or email within 7 days.

REVISIONS AND EDITS

All writing services include up to two rounds of revisions and a quality check after the initial document delivery. Modifications do not include adding additional information.

We are not responsible for incorporating new content as part of the revision process. Any revisions that will result in a significant departure from the original draft provided will be considered a new document and incur additional fees.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Maintaining confidentiality is one of our highest priorities. All information shared on worksheets or phone consultations before and after the project's completion remains confidential. Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. does reserve the right to submit fictionalized resumes for contest, award, and publication purposes.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES

Full payment is required before any work on client projects begins. The products and/or services purchased from Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. are conceived, designed, and customized for each client. As such, they are considered a set of innovative products and services and are nonrefundable.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. is not responsible for the truthfulness or accuracy of clients' information. As such, we are not liable for any inaccurate, incorrect or misleading statements in documents based on that information. Clients are responsible for finalizing their career documents for completeness and accuracy before sending to colleagues or submitting them to an employer.

Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies. Clients agree to hold Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. from any such liability.

Should a client wish to file suit against Johnson Mapenzi Consulting Group LLC. , the jurisdiction/ choice of law shall be In Georgia, and each party shall bear Its own cost in filing suit.

By remitting payment for services you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
