Project Title: EquiTIC+: Advancing Trauma-Informed Care for LGBTQIA+ Youth (Sample GRANT)

Summary:
This proposal outlines the EquiTIC+ initiative—a trauma-informed training and technical assistance program for organizations and LGBTQIA+ youth in Atlanta. Designed to address disparities rooted in systemic oppression, EquiTIC+ leverages evidence-based strategies, healing-centered engagement, and youth-led frameworks to create long-term change.

As a lead contributor, I helped shape the program vision, goals, curriculum structure, evaluation framework, and staffing plan. The work reflects JMCG’s deep commitment to equity, resilience, and liberation.
